A
volunteer at the Namib Carnivore Conservation Centre can expect an
unforgettable experience. During your stay you will help in our ongoing
research projects by tracking radio-collared cheetahs via radio-telemetry, exploring
the stunning research area in search of areas for camera traps and game counting.
In
addition you will help look after the ambassador cheetahs that are not suitable for release which will involve feeding, enclosure maintenance and enrichment projects.
We also offer a trip to the famous dunes of
Sossusvlei and you'll have several opportunities to taste Moose Mcgregor's world famous
Apple Pie at his bakery at Solitaire.
